International freight transport
We ship full as well as partial loads. We also ship hazardous (ADR) or oversized loads, if necessary.
In order to ensure the best quality, we prefer to use our own means of transport. All our vehicles are equipped with GPS navigation system. Thus, movement of goods is monitored and we are always able to inform the client of the vehicle’s location.
Our main transport routes:
- Scandinavia (Sweden, Norway): ~10 departures a week
- Russia: ~20 departures a week
We carry out the transport of both full and partial cargos, if needed, we also provide the organisation of transport of dangerous goods (ADR) and oversize shipments to our clients.
We prefer our own transport vehicles for ensuring the best quality, all of which have been supplied with modern communication channels (i.e. GPS navigation system). Thus we can carry out more efficient supervision over the flow of goods and enable information for the client about the location of the truck. Our main transport routes:

Forwarding
By cooperating with reliable partners both in Estonia and Scandinavia we also forward goods to the countries where our own cars currently are not driving.
As a result we can guarantee the stable existence of the transport vehicles in the whole Europe, Scandinavia and Russia. Thereby it could occur that just with the help of forwarding we can provide you considerably more appropriate service than it would be possible with our own trucks at that moment.
Good forwarding is possible only when the forwarder has many contacts and reliable forwarders. OÜ Kauritel owns majority of the contracts of the partners. The cooperation is already years long with many of them and the mutual confidential relationships have been established.
In case something could happen with the goods of the client due to the subcontractor’s fault, the services of OÜ Kauritel have been covered with the liability insurance of the forwarder.
Storage
OÜ Kauritel has no storage of its own at the moment, but we are also ready to organise the storage services. We could also provide storage services by our cooperation partner for the temporary storage.
Insurance services
All shipments organised by us are in accordance with the provisions of relevant CMR and TIR convention.
The transportable goods have always been covered with CMR insurance and the liability insurance of the forwarder exists in forwarding. The insurance provider is Ergo Insurance and we get the best answers with Ergo Insurance to your questions.
Customs services
We deal with the customs services only when the client requires this.
Information and services on the customs can be obtained from the customs agent with whom we have a long-term cooperation. In case of both transport in and out we prepare the necessary declarations (import and export declarations respectively) and if required, the reports of Intrastat.
